All Send Love Home orders are delivered within 3 days of order placement. When placing your order, you will select your preferred delivery date. Your selected delivery date is a firm commitment, and NDH will fulfil your order on that date.

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays.

All orders are delivered by vehicle. NDH does not use motorcycle or bicycle delivery for any Send Love Home order.

Our delivery partner will call your recipient or alternative recipient by phone to coordinate handoff at the point of delivery. Please ensure your recipient is available and reachable on their provided number on the selected delivery date.

We strongly recommend providing an alternative recipient contact when placing your order. If your primary recipient is unreachable at the point of delivery our team will contact your alternative recipient to complete the handoff. If neither the recipient nor the alternative recipient can be reached our team will notify you immediately to agree on the next steps.

While providing an alternative recipient is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of a failed delivery. NDH cannot be held responsible for failed delivery where neither the recipient nor an alternative recipient was provided or reachable.

Every order includes a mandatory pre-dispatch photograph showing your package fully packed and ready for delivery. You will receive this photo before your order leaves for delivery. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been successfully received by your recipient.

Once your order is placed, confirmed and the order status is processing, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

NDH Send Love Home currently delivers within Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. Delivery zones and charges vary by area within each city and are calculated at checkout based on your recipient's delivery address.
