Subscription Policy
Naija Diaspora Hub ("NDH", "we") offers tiered Vendor plans (Basic, Premium) billed in USD through Stripe.
This policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations work.
1. Subscription Billing
- Premium plan renew automatically each month (or annually if selected).
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe in USD.
- NDH does not store payment card details.
2. Cancellations
- Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time through their NDH dashboard or by emailing support.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access to premium features will remain active until expiry.
3. Refunds
- NDH fees are non-refundable, except where NDH terminates a Vendor account without cause.
- NDH does not issue refunds for unused time, accidental renewals, or account suspension due to policy violations.
- Any refund granted (in exceptional cases) will be processed via the original Stripe payment method.
4. Fee Changes
- NDH may adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days' written notice.
- Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
5. Taxes
- All prices are quoted in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Vendors are responsible for any VAT, GST, or other taxes in their jurisdiction.
