Refund Policy

When and how refunds apply

Your money is protected. The full policy below explains exactly when a refund applies, when it does not, and how to request one.

Our Promise

If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will refund you in full. No questions. No chasing. Your money is protected.

No Cancellations After Confirmation

Once your order is placed, confirmed, and the status is processing, your order cannot be cancelled or modified. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final. Please review all details carefully — including your recipient's name, phone number, delivery address and selected delivery date — before proceeding to payment.

If you believe an error was made during checkout, contact support@naijadiasporahub.com immediately. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters fulfilment.

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

  • Your order was not delivered on your selected delivery date due to vendor failure, preparation failure or logistics failure on NDH's part.
  • Your order could not be fulfilled because the requested package or items were unavailable, and NDH was unable to provide a suitable resolution.
  • A technical error on the NDH platform resulted in your payment being processed without a valid order being created.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Your recipient or alternative recipient was unreachable at the point of delivery, and no alternative contact was provided. NDH cannot be responsible for failed delivery where our team was unable to reach anyone at the delivery address.
  • You request a cancellation after your order has been confirmed and payment processed. All sales are final once an order is confirmed.
  • Delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond NDH's reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures or civil disturbances. In these cases, NDH will contact you to agree on an alternative delivery date.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of confirmed non-delivery. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time after the refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or card provider, but typically ranges between 5 and 7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

Contact NDH support at support@naijadiasporahub.com with your order reference number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
